At the front desk she draws on her personal experience to help clients with device care and simple problems.
Before joining the clinic she worked as a travel consultant, looking after office administration, bookkeeping, client service and detailed travel bookings. Here she also handles payments, invoices and insurance paperwork, and keeps Hearing Services Program paperwork up to date so clients get the support they are entitled to.
