Sara Caspani
Sara Caspani co-owns Specialist Hearing Services in Mount Hawthorn, Perth, with Chris van Wijngaarden, and has run the business side since they took over in August 2025. She looks after marketing, operations, finance, administration and planning, so the clinicians can spend more of their time with patients. She can join an appointment to interpret in Italian.

About Sara
While Chris leads the clinical side, Sara runs the rest of the business: marketing, operations, finance, administration and planning. She sets up the systems and processes that give the clinicians more time with patients.
She focuses on making it simpler for clients to book, pay, claim and get support, and on building links with the local community.
Alongside the clinic, Sara works as a senior impact advisor. Her career has been in social impact: designing and evaluating programs, building partnerships, and changing the systems that shape people's long-term wellbeing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact.
